誰是田媽媽?田媽媽不一定姓田喔。
田媽媽泛指一群每天在台灣各地辛勤努力又有著精湛手藝的婆婆媽媽們。
行政院農業委員會自92年開始輔導台灣各地農家婦女成立「田媽媽」運用個人專長及團隊經營力量，開創其副業。「田媽媽」品牌以田園料理及地方特色農產品加工、米麵食餐點為主軸，透過食品衛生、營養、加工、行銷等領域的專家學者指導，以在地新鮮食材及三低一高（低油、低鹽、低糖、高纖維）之健康料理概念，開發各種可口、健康且具地方特色的田園料理，並藉由地方農民團體協助結合當地休閒旅遊，發展為在地旅遊之美食料理，以帶動在地消費，創造更多的就業機會。
